I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She changed the filling in the tooth NEXT to the one I complained about causing me a lot of pain and discomfort due to extreme sensitivity that was not there before. When I went for a follow-up she didn't even have the integrity to own her mistake and apologize. She fixed my bite on two teeth, causing me discomfort and further issues with my bite in other areas of my mouth. When I brought it up she said she doesn't want to make any other changes and that I can get a second opinion from a specialist if I'd like. So basically she has caused me all new issues with my teeth and then sent me to someone else to deal with them. Will never come back to this place as this doctor clearly does not care about patients or their teeth. The way she injected the anesthetic made my jaw hurt for about a week after a visit, and the way she polished my teeth after putting filling/adjusting bite made them feel really rough which I never experienced before at any other dentist, leading me to believe that either the skill and/or equipment used is definitely not at the good quality level. I also mentioned pretty bad pain that I had earlier in another tooth last

The DDS works hard, kind and intellectual. The staff is kind but don't give a call back sometimes. I received the expired item this year 2022. The average waiting time: 10-30 min

I have been going to Ashley family dental for years now. Both Dr. Kwons are gentle and experienced! I was in pain and they were able to get me fit in for a same day appointment. I ended up having to have 3 teeth pulled. Jenny the assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a pain free dental experience I highly recommend Dr Kwon and his team!!

I love the atmosphere of this place. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and know me by first name. They are great with my 4 kids when they come in including being so patient and caring with our sensory sensitive daughter. My kids literally cheer when they hear their dentist appointments are coming up. Highly recommend.

Excellent dental care and excellent office staff. The dentists are top notch, and willing to take extra time to explain and show why a course of action is best. Very kids friendly. The office staff is excellent - all my claims are filed promptly with my insurance company. All this and the office is within walking distance of my home. Very satisfied and will recommend without reservation.
